A short guide to travel insurance The time has come, the trip is booked, the suitcase is packed and we are really looking forward to the upcoming time in the Stäfeli. Nevertheless, unfortunately something unforeseen can happen...


Although we wish you and your loved ones the very best and hope that we can welcome you to Stäfeli without incident, we know that there are situations in which it is necessary to change the planned travel plans.


So that you are prepared for everything and nothing dampens your holiday anticipation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation conditions summer:

Up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fees

1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fees

in the last week before arrival: 90% cancellation fees

Cancellation conditions winter:

up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees

3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price

1 month before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price

in the last week before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price

In the event of an early departure, we charge 100% of the total price of the booking
